GREENE
Richard Warren: he is an 11th Great Grandfather. Richard was a passenger on the Mayflower and an original inhabitant of Plymouth Colony, Massachusetts – one of the first permanent English settlements in the New World. He was a signer of the Mayflower Compact.
William Brewster: he is an 11th Great Grandfather. William was a passenger on the Mayflower and an original inhabitant of Plymouth Colony, Massachusetts. He was instrumental in helping form a separatist religious movement in England and was eventually forced to flee England for Leiden, Netherlands. As an elder he was a person of stature in Plymouth. He was a signer of the Mayflower Compact.
George Soule: his a 10th Great Grandfather. George was a passenger on the Mayflower and an original inhabitant of Plymouth Colony, Massachusetts. He later became one of the early settlers of Duxbury, Massachusetts. He was a signer of the Mayflower Compact.
Captain John Mason: he is a 9th Great Grandfather. John Mason was an immigrant from England to the new World in the 1630s and one of the original settlers of the Connecticut colony. When english immigrants came into conflict with local Native American tribes, Mason led the colonial militia against the Pequots, leading to the Pequot War, which ended in the Mystic massacre. He later became a Deputy Governor of the Connecticut Colony for many years during the 1660s. Along with Reverend James Fitch, Mason was a founder of the town of Norwich, Connecticut.

Abraham Martin: he is a 9th Great Grandfather. Abraham was known as “The Scotsman” or “Master Abraham.” He was born in France and arrived in New France about 1620. Records show that he fished along the St. Lawrence River all the way to the gulf. He was a river pilot and is named in some sources as the first “royal pilot” in New France. According to some sources, he was the first to put together rudimentary maps of the St. Lawrence River. The “Plains of Abraham” just outside Montreal are named after him.
